I vote tribe. Then re-name Recruitfest! a pow-wow and everyone can wear elaborate headdresses and beat those drums again.

"Some theorists hold that tribes represent a stage in social evolution intermediate between bands and states."
Exchange 'bands' with 'candidates' and 'states' with employers.

We poach candidates, target companies and hunt down job orders. ;)
murder of recruiters??
a "call center"
brent-

I like the idea. I vote for "tribe." The explanation makes sense.
clash
That's really good.
Corporate recruiters -- a hive
TP recruiters -- a swarm
Contract recruiters -- rarely a teem

A troop of monkeys
A parliament of owls
A romp of otters
An ostentation of peacocks
A rookery of penguins
A prickle of porcupines
A murder of ravens
A shiver of sharks
A surfeit of skunks
An ambush of tigers
A pod of whales
A descent of woodpeckers
A zeal of zebras
A corps or tower of giraffes
A bloat of hippos
A crash of rhinos
