Healthcare Recruiting Splits

I am looking for independent recruiters who would like to work on healthcare splits. 

I have job orders to fill. Most of these positions are in acute care hospitals, however; we also work with other types of healthcare facilities.

This will be a 50/50 split, we have the jobs, and we are looking for experienced recruiters who can source and close passive candidates. 

I have quite a few jobs to fill. Titles include:

Nursing Directors:

      Surgical Services

       Emergency

      Quality, Compliance and Risk

Service Line DIrectors:

       Surgery and Cardiology

Pharmacy Directors

Chief Medical Officer

Chief Nursing Officer

Vice President, Service Line

Vice President, Quality

Medical Directors
