How effective is a brand ...would consumers seek the brand or is it cold calling

understanding the 4p's 6p's ...what is it that it makes a brand standout,

how does market's based economies work ...understanding the 'need' or the 'need' creation.

in the above context ...i have had published several business outsourcing specifactions/standards/product-architechture .

solicitate your opinion ....feedback ...while am not sure or aware would it matter or worth it to solicitate feedback or opinion from the right consumer ?? ...or is it a perception or notion or misunderstanding who is the consumer ??
