Last year I had a lot of non-recruiters as guests and the show suffered as a result.

I loved being a guest. :) I'll try to beat some people into submission for you animal.

Thank you, Maureen. I think I have to ask everyone who writes a half decent article if they want to come on. DriveThruHR has people booked for every show months in advance and they are on every weekday. Surely the Recruiting Animal can get a victim for one day a week. I have to admit that I demand more than some shows. We try to get every guest to be somewhat entertaining and rate you on-air after the show. But I get rated too - often badly - and if I can take it so can the guest.

Who wants to go on a show like this and destroy their brand? I listened to a few episodes of the show and was floored at how this guy called Animal bludgeoned his guest. Though I personally find the show entertaining, I would not go on or recommend any of my colleagues for the show. I believe there is a better way to earn ad dollars than using guest as "punching bags"- Who wins? Certainly not the guest!
