Hi Friends,
In consulting/RPO business , it is quite easy to assess the performance of any individual by the achievement made against the set targets, but what can be the parameters when one is working in the inhouse recruitment with no target, but to close all the requirements within the timeline and even the flow of the requirements is also not uniform.
How we can assess the business side attached to the requirement fulfillment.

You could send surveys to the hiring managers to assess their satisfaction with performance in regard to time to fill, quality of candidates, etc. Assuming there are means to track it, you can also measure on recruiters correctly dispositioning candidates, sending disqualification emails and others in the ATS.
Hi Jackie,
Thanks for the insight.
Is there any method we can use to assess the cost effectiveness of our internal hiring team. How much cost we are saving having the internal recruitment team instead of outsourcing the same to RPO.
