Have others noticed a lower and lower response rate on Linkedin Inmails. I think it's a nature of linkedin getting more and more popular and more saturated.

Do other recruiters have tips on getting better response rates? I make my inmails as specific as possible? Any tips are most appreciated. Robert Greene www.greenesearch.com

Robert, I don't think what you're thinking is wrong. As LinkedIn ages, and its data ages, I believe it will become less and less useful a "tool."
