I will recruit,

Work hard in the day,
Put the kids to sleep at night,
Knowing full well, another day, another fight.

Social Media abound liked LinkedIn and Twitter,
I utilize a video game to become much fitter.

The future you ask, who can really know,
But one thing for sure, it will not blow!

Sourcing gets easier and others get lazy,
I will kick some butt, nothing can faze me!

Goals, metrics and tools to measure,
My gift for gab is my one true treasure!
