Expert.  I am always looking for "experts"

Team player...   Able to multi task...  Like a candidate is going to say, I can only focus on one task at a time and I don't play well with others.  I would like it if they told me that but only the really not bright ones will.

Ditto to Erin

"must"

And the alternative is:  We are sort of thinking about maybe browsing through a few resumes to see if we might gather up a novice, loner or two who don't really need any  particular skills.

From the high tech world, "rockstar" and "ninja." Seems like most software companies either in-house bands that they take really seroiusly or face grave threats to their physical safety!

Team player, multi-tasker, strong communication skills....blah, blah, blah
