Question of the day: what is the most important productivity goal you set at the start of each month?
I'm not surprised there aren't too many responses here. It's a thought-provoking question, but I don't think many people set productivity goals on a monthly basis, or for a specific period of time.
I usually make a list of tasks that I want to accomplish each week, and I'll be happy if I do. It doesn't always happen though!
# of live or face to face conversations daily/weekly/month. (This has always been #1 indicator of how I am doing mentally and and $$$)
Sendouts and new job orders seem to be top indicators of my success
