What if there was a Global Portal that allowed you to identify Candidates interested in working in another Country lets assume great pay, home/housing provide, car etc... Lets assume that as a Recruiter all you had to do was Search, Identify, Qualify and Upload Resume with 3 References.  Collect a 15% Fee on Start date.   Even if the Start date was 4- 6 months down the road ...  Assume Clients work out Visa, Work Permit, Interview Process.   Recruiters have One Job and one Job Only ( For now !, Can't get into any more ...)

Let's assume we are talking about Senior Specific roles 100k - 200k  Metallurgist as an example now let's say we have over 1000 of these roles ...  Let's assume its Free for Recruiters to Join....

 

a) How much time would you dedicate to this Portal 1 Job Post = Requires 1 candidate Submission then it closes unless the client/s needs more per job post ( You go back to your regular work)

 

This is part of some Market research work I have to complete  ...  All comments, thoughts, questions concerns welcome ....
