I would recommend better than a service someone that knows you and the market you serve.  I have seen resumes written by services and it is hit or miss, as the resume needs to be custom to the role you are applying for.  Blanket resumes no longer apply and having several resumes is very common as a search becomes more specific.  I would think to speak with someone you know in the profession, knows your skills, and then customize a template that can be easily adjusted to address specific positions you are applying for.
