Love not war mate.... I wouldn't want recruit anyone for it.. to make it Recruitment specific :)
No Attacks never work, and Diplomacy does. India is beautifully diverse, and India needs to celebrate that strength.
Some people in the U.S. think the Middle East should have been blasted back into the Stone Age following the 9/11 attacks. Some people don't think so. You are always going to have differing opinions on warfare.

Interesting observation:
“In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had five hundred years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.” ~ Orson Welles
As I have my roots in India (Mumbai), I would suggest that India should declare a war on Pakistan. No offence to anyone, this is my personal thinking.
There are proofs with Indian Govt. that Pakistan (ISI) was the brain behind Bombay (Financial Capital and the Largest City) attacks. If Indian Govt. does not finish this once and for all than this kind of sad incidence will happen again and again.
Also if you have heard the terrorist who was caught alive, they planned on killing all foreigners from different countries who were in Bombay at that time and they did so. They killed 40 plus tourists.
I also too believe in Peace and not War but unalike Dan I would recruit some soldiers to defend innocent people against terrorism.
I think India government (especially, Sonia govt.) does not have the political or international acumen to deal with this scenario. India is a soft nation and so can be easily pushed around. Look at the terror attacks one after the another. The latest example is Mumabi. The younger generation of our country is either crazy for the film stars and the popular movie personalities, spend their time go to bars, play blackjack for fun or busy in worshiping the game called cricket...huh..!
