Successful Fill Statistics: What is the Industry Standard?

Good afternoon, everyone!

Can anyone direct me to a white paper on 'successful fill statistics', or the industry standard for successful placements?  I found one international staffing company that boasted a 100% successful fill rate and I know that is NOT the standard.

Any help would be great!

Hi Linda. According to a sample of our IT/professional focused customers last year, small staffing firms had an average fill rate of 17%, medium staffing firms averaged 18%, and large staffing firms averaged 22%. Hope this helps.
