Virtual Sales Associates

Does anyone know of a good site where I can recruit Virtual Sales Associates who? I am looking for people who have experience and want to work from home.

We are a Virtual Staffing Agency. We place Virtual Assistants with clients in a wide variety of industries such as: Real Estate, Small Business Owners, Doctors, Motivational Speakers, etc. The Sales Associates would be responsible for getting new clients to sign on with our company.

Thanks Karina. It is a contract position. However, we don't want to work through another company. We are looking for people who are interested in signing up with our company as a Sales Associate and interested in finding new clients for us. I appreciate the suggestion!
