In search, like many businesses, there are very high peaks (they can be great!) and there are extremely low (and lonely) valleys. I always tell my team... you either feel as if you are riding in a ticker tape parade when things are going well - or you feel incredibly low and you're dancing with the ants when things seem to fall apart. The reality is that everyone has challenges and at the end of the day - it's how you choose to respond that dictates how well you handle the ups and downs in our business.
