These would be three examples to find e-mail addresse on LinkedIN using Google:

site:www.linkedin.com (gmail | hotmail | yahoo) -intitle:directory -inurl:answers -inurl:jobid -inrul:find -inurl:updates

site:www.linkedin.com "email**at*dot*com" -intitle:directory -inurl:answers -inurl:jobid -inrul:find -inurl:updates

site:www.linkedin.com "Gmail.dot.com " -intitle:directory -inurl:answers -inurl:jobid -inrul:find -inurl:updates

NOTE: You can add locations to narrow down results and add key words for specific titles, etc
