KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:

 Screen and structure deals, participate in investment decision making process,
 provide portfolio companies with consulting and value-added services

SELECTION CRITERIA

 Master (B.S. or B.A. in Economics is preferred)
 Minimum 8 years' corporate managerial experience. Previous management experience of overall operations or various departments is preferred.
 Thorough understanding of corporate growth route. Have ever been a successful problem finder and trouble shooter with innovative solutions, which has driven the development of your company Or over 5 years' experience in investment, finance, consulting companies, familiar with VC mechanism and operations. Successfully led your team to structure the deals found
 Expert in one sector or technology, acute in foreseeing the trend concerned, well-connected in the sector
 Previous entrepreneurial experience is preferred
 Fluent in English
