Job Description:

You  will be   working  in an   RPO  setup  OR  work in a  Technical Practice to  support   clients  in that  practice .

The role: (Recruiters)

• Candidate Identification Process: Place job requirements on the Internet (Dice, Monster, and Job Diva) to increase available candidate pool.
• Search, manage, build resource pool * using job boards, recruiter groups, social networking
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions by conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
• Create internal database and creative resources to identify potential candidates. Have great skills in negotiating rates with Vendors and Consultants.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms. (Very Important)
• Build relationships with local IT consultants to form a strong network and pool of candidates. Very Important.
• Prior internship and/or professional experience in sales, recruiting and Marketing preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong problem solving abilities.
• Must have Have great skills in negotiating rates with Vendors and Consultants.
• Must be  fully  familiar  with  US  Tax terms  , Corp-to-Corp, Contract-W2, 1099, and other tax terms
• Must be able to  work  in  Night shift ,  EST, PST and  CST 
• Must be able to  handle  volume and  rapid  turnaround  requirements

• Get the right IT resources for our Requirements. Should be Savvy with Internet, Google, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Career Builder.
