12:16pm Bonnie OBrien, PHR, CTS, CPC, CSP Hi all. I am a little confused here. I also recruit people to work with the DOD and clearances need to be tied to contracts or employment. So Rachael is seeking out persons who are already working somewhere that would require a clearance.
