Maureen: I have a question for you. I am looking for Field Sales candidates within Germany who are relatively junior (3-4 years) and within salary constraints. However, when we do name generation, most of the candidates that we are getting are from all levels. In that collation process, we are not able to filter the candidates. I got a person who's doing field sales with 15 years of experience and way outside my budget. At the end of the day - I got about 60 leads list but hardly there were few who matched the criteria and then very few wanted to shift the jobs. How do we get more specific in these cases? ~ SB
