Manufacturing Job Orders (Split Fee?)

Hello,
I have a number of new Job Orders from one of our clients (Manufacturing Company). The Job titles are below... Is anyone interested in working on these jobs as a split 50/50? Are you are still looking for split partners on these positions? If so, I am a chemical engineer with 15 years industry experience and 10 years recruiting after that.
