Due to growth I've created LeanSouth, a consulting practice which will complement my traditional firm Southern Manufacturing Search. I'll be providing lean, six sigma, kaizen, TPS, etc... type project professionals to organizations implementing lean initiatives. I'm looking to hire (actually partner is a better term) with A players in this space. I want to expand into Atlatnta, Birmingham, Orlando and/or Charlotte, however I will consider other locations for the right talent.

This is a ground floor opportunity with equity potential. You must have 10 plus years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing/industrial companies. You will have accumluated an impressive network of clients and candidates in the lean manufacturing space.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to have the "on your own" feeling without all of the financial and infrastructure responsibilities.

Please forward me your resume for consideration.

Thanks,

Mark Gragg
