I really need to clarify one thing and I thought you might help me with this. 

Is there any of you looking for placements at a job opening for a remote or telecommute (outside US) position? 

I'm running this small dev shop firm headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina and we offer Nearshore Staff Augmentation Services to the U.S. since 2010.

I was wondering if any of you have job openings for remote or offshoring placements? My database consists of software engineers, front end and back end developers, android and iOS developers, PMs, etc.

I don't want any split, you can keep all the placement commission as long as the client hire this developer signing a contract through out my company. By the way its www.mobaires.com  

If you know where can I find some recruiters or someone looking for offshoring/nearshoring placements please let me know that! I'm kind of disoriented with my search.
