Top qualities: Great Results, Personable, High Integrity
“I have had the pleasure of working with John on a number of recruiting engagements and he is known among my team as "the guy who can get it done". John loves a challenge and has great success finding the needle in a hay stack candidates that other recruiters have given up on trying to find. John builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers that make him a true partner in the process ensuring a high touch experience on both sides. For anyone considering Johns work on a recruiting project, you won’t have to worry about him -- just point John in the direction you want him to go in and it will get done.”

Hi.  I am excited to have found South Florida Metro Recruiters, and even though my agency is located just a little north in Ormond Beach, we can provide members of this group with the best pre-employment screening in the state.  Bold statement?  Yes, but true.  We are a consumer reporting agency, thus our clients can expect:

1.   Verification of applicant's personal information such as name, date

of birth, and social security number.  Why is this important?

It is estimated that as many as 33% of all applicants put false

information or omit facts on the application.

2.   Nationwide FCRA approved criminal record search.

3.   Nationwide sex offender registry search.

4.   DPPA approved driving record check.

5.   A search of civil records in every jurisdiction the applicant has lived.

This is necessary because often acts of a  civil nature are not listed

as a criminal act.  You don't want to recruit someone with a anger

management issue who may have a restraining order against him/her.

6.    Verification of professional license.

7.    Verification of education.

8.    Credit activity

9.    Military record ( if applicable)

10.  Results of interview with current or past employers and references.

I  work with my clients to make sure they are getting the searches needed for the job being applied for.  The link to our site is http://www.goldshieldli.com, naturally I am always glad to answer questions or help you set up or improve your current program.

Hello all!

I hope that everyone is well and staying warm during our S. FL cold snap.

I am looking for a Sr. Tax Accountant (w/CPA) for one client and a Sr. Internal Auditor for another one. Both are local to the Miami area. These people need to be under 10 year of experience. Both clients want someone who is not that Sr.

If anyone knows of someone please let me know. Our firm does provide a nice referral fee in addition to my eternal thanks.

I also openly network and share connections. Regardless, let me know if you need any help or referrals.

Hello All,
have a local to us RN that has 13 years experience in a hospital setting but took the last 2 years off to have a child and take care of him.She is wanting to get back into the work force but wants to find a flexible, possibly work from home, maybe P/T position.Experience in the Cardiac field. She worked on telemetry floors, recovered cath lab patients, also worked on IMCU units with higher acuity, but not really any critical care experience. She also was involved with staff education and competencies.Just wondering if you have any ideas on where to start.Would love to split with someone on this.
I look forward to hearing back.
Thanks,
Kim
