I belive the first thing is the monetary side of paying for databases like Monster, Workopolis, Career Builder.
The second would be missing the social, face-to-face, daily interaction with other colleagues.
The third, is the learning curve, I am still learning from people at work, specially my boss (he is really good as a supervisor and he has a lot of experience in the staffing industry)
