recruited for a broad range of technical skill sets in the past and have 15+ years working in technology specializing in engineering with software development companies and systems/network security, but haven't recruited for these technologies. The company is based back east, but they have recently expanded their operations out here to cover the western region with the base office in Phoenix. I solely represent the western region operations for my company and would like to find out where other recruiters have had the most success in finding quality candidates with experience with these technologies.
I have always relied on LinkedIn as one of my primary sources for locating good candidates in the past, but would be very interested in finding out if anyone has suggestions on other good resources for finding talent with BI (Cognos, BO, Hyperion, etc.), Database, Data Warehousing, ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and CRM expertise.
I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone might have!
