Or is it saying "Jobs" are evaporating; falling away; and will continue to disappear as this conundrum of "Unemployment Confusion" continues?

ut to them; what do you say and how do you say it? What industry/function/geography are you representing? What levels? What are the demographics?
As an example of how different candidates/consumers behave, we've done several surveys of Professional Services candidates and the overwhelming response is they would prefer a 1st contact via email. And yet personally, I would much rather be contaced by phone.
Painting with broad strokes is never a good idea...
tes that come through social media. They come to us so we can conduct a targeted search to those working for their top competitors. There is no accurate target in social media, it's simply a shot gun approach with your fingers crossed that it might hit someone worth talking to.
My clients are too busy WORKING to waste their time conducting a broad-brushed search like the ones mentioned in your article. That's why they pay fees. We go after the passive market. Any candidate you are referring to is part of the active market. We get paid to pick up the phone and reach out to those passive candidates who are too busy doing their jobs to be online applying to jobs via social media.
Good luck with that predicition, because that's all it is.…
ur goal in the initial phase was to allow candidates (24,000 and growing) and recruiting the ability to show and see more. As we look towards our next release we are reaching out to the community to find out what is most useful. Our strength has been in economy of scale as we reach a broad audience in traditional and social mediums while very cost effective.
My question to the community is what tools do you use most in online source/search and if possible what is on your wish list that would make your search more effective?
I look forward to hearing from you
ho has both agency and corporate side experience and who wants to help build a growing company. You may also be a contract recruiter who is ready to settle into a full-time corporate position.
You'll be supporting divisions across the enteprise and should ideally have a broad background in technical recruiting from software engineers to IT support positions. You will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, support groups located out of state and be an aggressive sourcer, recruiter and closer. You are up on the latest sourcing techniques and are a skilled interviewer and influencer. You are also passionate about representing a great company and your enthusiasm will be contagious to the candidates you reach out to via many different sources, including cold calling.
