Lighthouse the Beautiful - And It Is...For What It Does -- And Recruiters Can Relate

How a Lighthouse relates to recruitment, for me, it must square with the question: What is a recruiter?

Among many things (add yours here) -- come hell or high water, rough terrains and rocky coasts -- a recruiter is a searcher, and a researcher, who helps shed light on job opportunities; viable candidates & employers. Our focus is to search, identify, attract, recommend and make career connections happen.

As recruiters, most of us wouldn't have it any other way...

Recruiters are many things:...gatekeepers, facilitators, road warriors...

I agree with your comment that "recruiters are (or can be) JACK of all Trades"  which would make them generalists and can also suggest that they are "masters of none".

Lighting the way on a career path for candidates who may be ready for a job change; or shedding light on a viable candidate slate for employment consideration – these are things recruiters do for their candidates and employers.  Recruiters are a beacon for both…
