Yes, Matt "The Charmer" Charney on the road for Amgen - recruiting top talent here, there and everywhere.

I had the foresight to capture this up-and-comer meeting and greeting candidates at a minority job fair...years ago in probably his first real job in recruitment.

There's swag and there's SWAG... Campbell's Soup brought, to the same job far, a team and a recruitment display that has four tables, racks & barrels of giveaways and handouts.  They made and make a memorable impression on job candidates and employer peers
