Alex, I have not actually sourced for NextGen skilled candidates, I work for NextGen Informations Services......I would say to cold call into NextGen and see if you are able to get in touch with anyone that works for them directly........it could be that they have signed non-competes but that would be a start. LinkedIn may be a good "offsite" networking place that you could look as well as Exalead, PageBites, Zabasearch and even Ziggs..........happy hunting

I am a very proactive, referral-based and network driven Technical Recruiter, too! We are having issues finding NextGen trained and experienced Candidates for one of our Clients. What suggestions do you have for me to help find folks who are trained on NextGen's products? Any advice, help or suggestions would genuinely be appreciated!
