Jobhuk is a "Crowdsourced Recruitment Marketplace", where anybody, (everyday people, independent recruiters) refer qualified people for the job and get paid Finders Fee, a Referral Bonus, which is set by employers while posting a job. Posting jobs on jobhuk.com is absolutely Free. Only on successful hire, employers pay the finders fee they opted after 60 days of hire. If candidate leaves or is discharged by employer during 60 days of employment, employers owes nothing. Unlike traditional staffing agencies who dictate you to pay 25% - 40% of gross salary, with Jobhuk you choose your own finders fee between 5% - 15% of annual gross salary for any full-time job and for contract jobs there is no finders fee.
