Tony Langley has over 26 years of experience in executive recruiting, executive management and the construction industry. Prior to establishing his own company, Taylor Langley & Company, Mr. Langley served as Branch Manager for Hall Kinion conducting retained and contingency searches. Tony was recognized as the Top Billing Manager worldwide and ranked 7th out of over 400 recruiters. Before Hall Kinion, he was the President and founder of Virtual Business Resources, Inc., a company providing Human Resource and Administrative support to pre-IPO company's over the internet on an outsourced basis. Positions prior to VBRI included, Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Paradigm Technology, Vice President Human Resources for Catalyst Semiconductor, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Atwood Technical Services. Before ATS Tony was Managing Partner of a mid size commercial and residential construction company.

This is one of the ugliest issues we have to deal with in our profession. I have worked both as an executive recruiter and on the inside as a VP of Human Resources.
