Good Morning Everyone,
OK here is my dilemma of the day. I was referred an Attorney with an IP background. This candidate has a strong corporate background and has an IP background as well. Here is my dilemma his law school grades are not good and he is a senior in the workforce. I want to be able to help him but am not sure how. OK I got some really good ideas from my last blog that I will give you my dilemma of the day. I have a search going on for a very prestigious law firm. They are looking for a very specific type of IP Attorney. That is the hardest obstacle that I have yet to get over. So, I am sending this out to other recruiters out there to get their take on this response from candidates that are not interested in moving at the time that you call them.
