It is a challenging thing planning a career in the Recruiting world, the starting point seems fairly straight forward...... Most people fall into it don't they? It's not like I didn't want to be contributing. I'm glad you noticed though! It's good to be missed, although a little confronting, logging into my "My Page", weary from a long couple of days interstate, without the time or ability to feed my addiction of RBC, only to be taken to task for not contributing. Turning Internal Recruitment functions into its own profitable business

A presentation I attended from Carol Mahoney (VP of Talent Acquisition @ Yahoo!) at the Australasian Talent Conference back in April has had a profound affect on me... Hi, my name is Dan and I'm an addict!

I cannot believe how addictive this site actually is. I think I am a Recruitment junkie... I cannot seem to go a day without checking out this site and all the pearls of wisdom and thought provoking discussions on it. The Goal posts change once more

We talk a lot in my organisation about the need for flexibility and adaptability, the old ability to roll with the punches so to speak, whilst still mananging to achieve something of real value. Man am I living that this year...
