I cannot believe how addictive this site actually is. I think I am a Recruitment junkie... I cannot seem to go a day without checking out this site and all the pearls of wisdom and thought provoking discussions on it. Slouch, I don't know you, but if you read this, thanks for setting up such a site, allowing me to be part of a global community from my little home and office in Melbourne, Australia.
