What the applicant needs and what they get...Is this as good as it gets!

At times like this when there are so many recruitment agents, headhunters etc and everyone under the sun wants to give advice to the unsuspecting candidate, many for money, and some for not what is a person to do? How do they make their choices?



It seems that what we need is a way, an easier way to figure out the where what and how of fitting a candidate to job, in a supportive way.
