Blogger’s Remorse & Doing the Impossible

I posted and then took down a very personal blog last week. It took 24 hours for me to decide the information was just too personal to share on such a public forum. I re-read it a few times before I made the decision. Besides making me uncomfortable, I realized it had no point.

Giving Thanks

What am I thankful for? Lot’s of things including a satisfying job, great colleagues and the opportunity to surround myself with the kind of people in this community…..but my 12 year old grandson wrote about the most important things in my life. The heart of everything that inspires me to success in business.

The Big Recruitment Debate???

I spent time this morning reading a blog on a British based site leadingemployersblog.com. It was titled "The Big Recruitment Debate". It was a debate with only one view being represented, which does not make a debate.

Giving Back
