I'm interested in hearing how others "dig" into reasons why certain people are unemployed for months at a time. This is more of a question than a pure blog post. What do you all do (if anything) when you come across a resume, say on Career Builder, of someone who works for your company?



I have had this happen several times in recent past and am wondering if anyone has examples of what happened. Did you tell their boss? Contact them directly? Do nothing?
