what makes me a smart recruiter

1. I connect with my clients with my personality and technical knowledge
2. I make mistakes
3. I know my limitations and areas to over-deliver
4. I keep up to date with the industry as a whole, knowing which companies are growing, contracting, folding, or meeting milestones
5. I maintain relationships with other leading recruiters within my verticle to maximize revenue
