As 2014 comes to an end, we reflect on the past year and look forward to 2015 with uncertainty and a plethora of predictions. Today, we thought we'd talk about the hot or in-demand jobs from 2014, according to data from WANTED Analytics. We examined the most commonly advertised occupations in the world's largest English speaking countries from half-way through August until now to see what jobs were in-demand in some of the world's biggest economies. These jobs are also likely to be highly in-demand in the new year.

It appears that sales, IT, and administrative jobs are in-demand in all or most of these countries. Marketing Managers were in-demand in each country except Canada. Registered Nurses were most in-demand in the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Construction Supervisors were unique to Australia. Executive Secretaries and Executive Administrative Assistants and Human Resources Specialists were only noted among India's most advertised occupations and more IT jobs ranked on their list. Restaurant industry jobs were mentioned more often in Canada. Information Technology Project Managers were advertised more frequently in the UK.
