25,000 members on RecruitingBlogs.com

I remember when RecruitingBlogs.com hit a thousand members. That was a lot. I remember being at a Kennedy show in Las Vegas and there were 30 members on RecruitingBlogs.com and there was a lot of activity. I remember when there were 300 members on RecruitingBlogs.com and the lawyer's letter arrived with a cease and desist from Jobster.

This week we passed the 25,000 member mark and I am proud of that. I want to thank everyone who has taken time, even the smallest amount of time to contribute is their own way to making the network what it is. To celebrate this, on Tuesday of next week we will start giving away iPads. A lot of iPads.

Thanks for helping to create a good place for this industry. I wonder what the network will look like with 100,000 members. I can't wait.

Congrats, Jason! Maybe you can sell RecruitingBlogs.com to Jobster. Oh, wait, never mind. :-)

Jason: RecruitingBlogs has been one of my top destinations on the web since joining as one of the first group of recruiting folks on the site. Thank you for keeping this as a great place for us to chime in on the conversation and continually increasing the resources available and yet still keeping the community feel. I'm a big fan!

Congrats Jason: It's an awesome feeling to receive support from so many. I too am feeling the growing pains, and please believe me...it's not painful at all.

I remember all that too Jason, with a few important missing elements to the growth. The Catalyst.
