Hi, I came across an interesting article " 5 Common Misconceptions about the Unemployed" -

1. They are unemployed due to some fault of their own
2. Their skills are out of date and not relevant
3. They do not want to work
4. They just want a Job
5. They are not motivated and are ready to give up when failed.

Please leave comments about your opinion on these. Is it fair to be judgmental on unemployed individuals when there is recession/ redundancy happening around??
