Is it difficult to be accepted in the corporate field if an individual has a career gap? I believe every individual may have had a break in their career for some good reason.Interested in knowing how they got back and what got them motivated to do so. comments plz...
It is darn near impossible, in fact. If you have even a two day break, like when buying insurance, you've either got to have a great explanation or fill that gap with something that shows continuity. Try making up a business name (resume writers & career coaches are great at this) call yourself a consultant and stick it on there.
Thanks Matt for responding.
