It really irritates and makes you crazy. Many of them think that you would repeat the information thousands of times. Before starting using strategies, try to understand what kind of person you are. Listening is such a neglected skill. Each of us, attending school and university didn’t like listening to many things, including lectures, workshops, presentations and advice.
