anyone that knows me knows that i am in love with wikipedia. if you watch the office, michael scott says that wikipedia is the best thing ever. now, while i do not share his viewpoint, i do agree that it is a great resource.

in having a conversation with a coworker regarding employee engagement, i went to google and did a search for "employee engagement and productivity" and the number one entry was employee engagement on wikipedia. give it a read, it is quite interesting.
