TGIS (Thank Goodness, Its Sumser!)

Relatively few people come to this space with 15 months behind them in an online community. Only a handful have more than 15 years in actually building them. One of those is our very own Papa Sumser.

When you read his take on RecruitingBlogs.com John's 15 years as an oracle-come-chronicler-come-archivist might be something to bear in mind when catch the title of his post today [Volume 1, Chapter 2]. He last wrote that circa 1993!

As our community marches on towards 10,000 members, the quantity and quality of the material on the site is exploding. There's an enormous volume of material to sift through. Almost all of it really adds to the development of the Recruiting Industry.
