The Forum is an amazing collection of ideas and conversation. In some ways, it's the beating heart of Recruitingblogs.com. This week, the swarm of voices who are our members took serious root in the forums.

From Technical tips to process questions, from professional advice to vendor critiques, the forum covered the vast arena that is our profession. As the membership multiplies, expect to see interesting voices emerge here. I noticed these conversations.

• Vincent Wright laments Linkedin’s Ignorance Of Networking. If they were smart, they'd troll this place on a very routine basis (hourly), watching for branding opportunities like this one. Big if.
