I just signed up on the site because so many people at the Portland, OR Recruiters Roadshow seemed to think highly of it. After browsing a bit I have to agree.

I'm a human resource consultant with my own business, Compass Human Resources. I provide HR consulting and support specifically to smaller businesses in the Portland metro and surrounding areas. I particularly love working with companies in the sustainability realm.

I'm a really good recruiter, but can't stomach the thought of doing it exclusively. Hats off to those of you who have the strength and stamina to do it so well. What I really enjoy is teaching small companies how to do recruiting better and be self-sufficient. I help them establish their systems, provide them with training, and sometimes fill specialty or high-level positions.
