Major Accountabilities:
Provide standardization of HR and Human Capital Processes and Analysis across Global Technology & Operations, as it relates to:
'X Recruiting, Staffing Activity and Costs, Strategic Programs, Diversity Dashboards, Employee Engagement, Project Management Tools, Reorganization Processes, Evaluations of Promotions, Year-End and Mid-Year Process (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation, Matrix Management, etc.), Rewards & Recognition, New Hire Process, QPR and Headcount Tracking
'X Contribute to delivery and maintenance of Global Technology & Operations HR initiatives specifically focusing on developing reports, performing data analysis, and providing recommendations to improve HR techniques or practices based upon trend analysis
'X Responsible for monitoring of HR data quality across Global Technology & Operations to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data in addition to identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
'X Workforce Planning roll-up/consolidation for Global Technology & Operations
'X Develop tools to streamline/automate current HR processes and identify key metrics related to people costs and HR operations
'X Provide assistance and support for the Performance Management process which includes the administration of the year-end compensation and annual incentive plan process
Participate in the development and delivery of various HR projects/initiatives
'X Manage the day-to-day aspects of one or more complex projects; Partners with key stakeholders across MasterCard to ensure the timely coordination and execution of plans and activities

Qualifications & Requirements
'X Bachelor¡¿s Degree or equivalent work experience required
'X A minimum of 5-7 years of general business experience
'X Core knowledge of HR principles, theories and concepts
'X Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility
'X Strong project management skills
'X Must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization with team members, senior leaders, and clients
'X Ability to function as a team member in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
'X Ability to understand report writing tools and basic database structures for ad hoc reporting
'X Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills (able to generate pivot tables, write basic formulas, conduct v-lookups)
'X Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
'X Strong analytical and problem solving skills to generate reports and make recommendations for courses of action based upon data
'X Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
'X Experience with an HRIS system preferred
