To my disgust, I happened to land in a job as an executive where there was nothing but politics. Some of the executives came to work just to scheme and some of them came just to utilize company's resources to their benefits. Could I have avoided this situation if I knew the culture of this company and values of the leaders prior to joining?. Yes.
